Pr Chan-Tung is a French academic and author, specialist in international law and public law. He is a master of conference at the University of Grenoble in France and also serves as Professor of International Law for EUCLID (Euclid University). He has served a consultant for a number of high-level government reports. He holds a Master in International and European Law and a PhD in Public Law from the University of Grenoble, France.
